• Provide valid identification (e.g., national ID or passport) at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Reservations

• Reservation Process: You can book a vehicle with a driver online through our website or by contacting us directly. Reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• Deposit Requirement: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking, refundable upon completion of the rental period.
• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.

4. Rental Terms

• Rental Period: The rental period starts from the agreed pick-up time and ends at the agreed drop-off time. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated promptly.
• Use of Vehicle: The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes. The assigned driver will operate the vehicle at all times.
• Driver Services: Only our authorized drivers are permitted to operate the vehicles. Users are not allowed to drive the rented vehicle.

5. Payment and Fees

• Rental Charges: Rental charges are calculated based on the rental period, the type of vehicle selected, and any additional services requested.
• Payment Method: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
• Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for extra services such as waiting time, additional mileage, or special requests. You may also pay Toll Taxes.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

• Modifications: Any modifications to the reservation must be communicated to us as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

7. Insurance and Liability

• Liability: Users are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle that occurs due to their instructions or actions during the rental period, subject to the terms of the insurance policy.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.
